Hi Everyone!

I have an exciting contest coming in July and I need your help for the first phase of the contest.

I will announce the details of the reader contest soon, but first I need your opinion. As you can see in the picture , I have a blank canvass. For those of you who have read my book and have seen my pictures, what topic do you think I should paint for this very special contest picture?

I love to paint Native Americans, ballet dancers, flowers, ocean scenes and memories from my time in Brazil, but I’m open to anything you suggest. You can visit my website to view my past work. There are also many pictures here in my Facebook pictures.

So, dear friends and readers, on the comments section of this blog or on Facebook or Twitter, please let me know your topic choice. If you own one of my pictures, please post it so that other readers can see more of my work. If you want your name to remain private, please direct message me with the topic and I will add it to my list.

I will post more details of the July contest soon, but for now, I can’t wait to see what you choose!

May 28/2022-May 30/ 2022 Entered four paintings I painted in the Multnomah County Fair. Theme of the exhibit is For All Those Who Serve, Memorial Day Weekend.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas

5/29/2021- open 12-6pm to ticketed public-5/30/2021 12-4pm to ticketed public- Sherry exhibits three of her oil paintings at the Modified Multnomah County Fair, Oaks Park Ptld. Oregon, Theme, Honoring those who serve.

9/21/19 NAMI Clackamas Roaring Twenties Benefit Auction at Gray Gables Estate, 3009 SE Chestnut Portland, Oregon. Sherry entered her portrait of a “Flapper,” in a silent auction that was bid on and donated to NAMI Clackamas office.

5/24/19-5/27/19 Sherry exhibits her paintings in the Multnomah County Fair, Oaks Amusement Park, Portland, Oregon, and receives Best of Show Award and two first place ribbons.
