ARTWORK Painting for a Cause

It was fun to get together as a community for the First Friday of the Month of May in Milwaukie, Oregon, living with schizoaffective disorder

Our Key Bank Booth for Clackamas NAMI, ‘May is Mental Health Month’ displayed artists’s artwork who were involved with the National Alliance on Mental Illness. My husband and I enjoyed talking with the passers by and with State Representative, Lew Frederick. Thank you Michele Veenker, Gary Marschke, and photographer, Doug Westberg for coordinating this event. It was a great success. Three of my paintings appear in this photo, irises- ‘Blooming With Grace,’ robins- ‘Springime,’ and ‘Brazilian Dancer,’ behind me.
