Columbia plane crash allowing myself permission to mend with Schizoaffective Disorder

My condolences for the families of the Brazilian Soccer Team members who perished in the Columbia Plane Crash this AM. It is a very sad day. Beijos e abracas para me familia em Brazil. May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.
