Schizoaffective and Bipolar Disorder coastal trip visit with my Brazilian Aunt

Took a trip to Cannon Beach with my husband, Joe and my stepdaughter, Becky. We had a splendid time visiting with my sweet Brazilian Aunt Deanna. Deanna will be 93 years old in October. I am so close to my aunt and my cousins (her children) here in the USA.. She took me in for a summer in Salt Lake City, while I was in my teens and has been my rock in helping me work through some of my strong emotions, turning the negative ones into positive ones. May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
