Effects of Autumn Weather on my Schizoaffective Disorder
It used to be, that every autumn that I experienced, I would go into a depressed mode. Maybe, it was the falling of the leaves, or the dense crisp air affecting my sinuses. It might have been birthday anniversaries to celebrate of relatives now past, or maybe, the anticipation of losing one hour in a day. Yet, there is something that has changed my remorseful concept of the fall season full circle. It is meditating and using imagery that helps me see the sun shine bright and the butterflies, birds and bees that beautify the season. My destination is one of peace, happiness and serenity. So many friends to contact, so many events to go to, so many paintings to paint. Life is worth living.
