NAMI Walks Northwest Walk- a 13th Annual NAMI Walk event, Sunday May 17th. A 5K walk on Vera Katz Esplanade at 1 pm. I will be working at the registration table at 12 noon. Walk, donate, or become a team captain. Help fight discrimination and make a statement that mental health matters. Thank you and hope to see you there!

This is fab, good for you! Fran and I raised funds for the NAMI Maine walk last year and have registered again this year, me as a “virtual walker” (though last year I went out and did a walk in my locale at the same time as the actual walk was going on in Portland, Maine, 3000 miles away!)

May 28/2022-May 30/ 2022 Entered four paintings I painted in the Multnomah County Fair. Theme of the exhibit is For All Those Who Serve, Memorial Day Weekend.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
