When my character has been questioned, I sometimes hold the image of a Calla Lily in my mind. The innocence and dignity of the flower. Once I painted a picture of Calla Lilies for my Brazilian Aunt Deanna and her husband Doc, for their 50th anniversary. They symbolized honesty, strength, and courage. I send that message to those who face fear and are to providing information for trials coming up. A human life is delicate like a calla lily and the disregard, disrespect and lack of love for it is a high price to pay.

May 28/2022-May 30/ 2022 Entered four paintings I painted in the Multnomah County Fair. Theme of the exhibit is For All Those Who Serve, Memorial Day Weekend.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
