Please remember this number 1-800-273-8255 and dial it when you or your loved one needs help. You have the strength to make the best to what you believe in and to reach out to help prevent suicide. It is also the day our courageous heroes fought and perished on September 11 when our country was attacked. Our country has gone through so much and its people have suffered such sorrow. Please check out my book Last Miracle for Maria: A Story of Suicide, PTSD, and Schizoaffective Bipolar Disorder Type. It will help those dealing with paranoia, depression, and to face and prevent suicide. My book is on Amazon and is shelved at the Woodstock Multnomah County Library. Thank you.

May 28/2022-May 30/ 2022 Entered four paintings I painted in the Multnomah County Fair. Theme of the exhibit is For All Those Who Serve, Memorial Day Weekend.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
