I’m in so much pain and heartbroken for the people and children who perished and were injured in El Paso and Ohio

I feel like crawling into a deep dark cave and hiding and never coming out again. My love goes out to the family members who have lost their loved ones also. Why can’t we just fight the hate and racism? This needs to be stopped. We need sensible background checks and reasonable gun laws with a reasonable leader to enforce them. Photo is my painting of my hiding place, the Cave. Come join me.

May 28/2022-May 30/ 2022 Entered four paintings I painted in the Multnomah County Fair. Theme of the exhibit is For All Those Who Serve, Memorial Day Weekend.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
