Best of show and two first place ribbons at the multnomah county fair

Received a Best of Show and First Place Ribbon for my Hispanic girl painting I called, ‘Grateful for the First Responders’ and a First Place Ribbon for my ocean scene I named, ‘From Sea to Shining Sea.’ Judging of the artwork took place at the Multnomah County Fair, Oaks Amusement Park this Memorial Day weekend. The theme was ‘Honoring the Military and First Responders.” I am so honored and happy to receive this recognition. Thank you everyone!

May 28/2022-May 30/ 2022 Entered four paintings I painted in the Multnomah County Fair. Theme of the exhibit is For All Those Who Serve, Memorial Day Weekend.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas

9/21/19 NAMI Clackamas Roaring Twenties Benefit Auction at Gray Gables Estate, 3009 SE Chestnut Portland, Oregon. Sherry entered her portrait of a “Flapper,” in a silent auction that was bid on and donated to NAMI Clackamas office.

5/24/19-5/27/19 Sherry exhibits her paintings in the Multnomah County Fair, Oaks Amusement Park, Portland, Oregon, and receives Best of Show Award and two first place ribbons.
