Recuperating from partial knee replacement surgery with Bipolar Schizoaffective Disorder

Celebrated my 29th wedding anniversary and 41 years of togetherness with my husband, Joe at the Cheesecake Factory in Portland tonight. It is my first social outing since two weeks ago just before I had knee replacement surgery. I am using a cane to get around. Joe has been a great help and has been there for me through everything. I don’t know what I would do without him. It’s like I’ve been hibernating all this time. I failed to notice the soft beautiful fall leaves, fold and bend as they covered the ground. It was so good to get outside and breathe the fresh air and see how the other half of the world lived. I will continue with ice and exercise. photo is of Joe’s and mine anniversary.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
