Sisters, Diana and me
We are redheads my sweet sister is two years older than I and I’m the one with a mental illness
So often my words don’t show how I feel within, but my sister, Diana, is the best sister that has ever happened to me. She is a wonderful teacher, musician, photographer, wife, mother, and grandmother and throughout our sisterhood, she has filled my heart with love and objectivity. She has shown me the greatness in life through her talents and unique perspectives. She carries my laughter, my tears, my sorrow in the palms of her hands. While Joe and I visited her for Easter, she treated us to the play- “Million Dollar Quartet.” It was amazing. The performers who played, Elvis, Elvis’s girlfriend, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Johnny Cash, brought the house down. It was so exciting.
