Celebrating my husbands birthday with art

Yesterday, at Sweet Tomatoes with my husband, Joe, and my family, I bumped into an artist friend by coincidence from OSA. I hadn’t seen Dave in a long time. He had his tablet out, sketching portraits, and I asked him to do a portrait of my husband in secret for his birthday. The artist, Dave Blowers, surprised Joe with this portrait. We were thrilled and amazed at the great likeness.

May 28/2022-May 30/ 2022 Entered four paintings I painted in the Multnomah County Fair. Theme of the exhibit is For All Those Who Serve, Memorial Day Weekend.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
