Schizoaffective Disorder and Bipolar Disorder Healing

Healing from my torn meniscus surgery at the Karaoke bar.

I’m healing from my operation well. It takes about 6 weeks. This is a photo of me at Karaoke night with my famous singer Julie and her friends. I’m keeping my hopes high, and I’m focusing on what not to worry about in my lifetime. Realizing the potential I have to give to the world and forgiving myself.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
