I was visited by Yours Truly last night. I called him a rat, get out, I won’t drink your cup of poison ,leave me and the law alone especially my husband who is dealing with a new health condition with his heart. I’ve been swimming to gett rid of shakes and seizures, Good therapy.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.
