My Birthday is February 8th I celebrate it in liberty, peace, and happiness and earlier for grievance and Memory of Mom who took her life.. I won’ be posting anymore off color tactics .Promise, Thank you all for you have sent good wishes my way. It was much appreciated.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.
