Unpredictable Schedule: Expect 24/7/365 operations, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, impacting personal time.
High Stress & Trauma: Exposure to violence, accidents, and human suffering is common, leading to significant mental health challenges.
To the police officers who are putting their lives in harms way to keep my family. friends, and me safe and are sacrificng their lives everyday while trying to talk to the demons out of their tricks to sustain peace and humanity and fight to give us long lives.
Under physical and gov demands Constant Scrutiny: Officers are always under public observation, facing potential criticism and needing thick skin.
