Reminiscing about my mom’s Family in Brazil. her father was a tailor, her mom a Brazilian slave, 3 of mom’s sisters were nuns, there was a sister dressmaker, and one a mother and one was an activist. her brothers were teachers and musicians. I miss being close to the unconditional love and warmth they gave to me on my visits. Their culture was amazing. Mom Mom top left on second row.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
