Amazing Grace, So thankful for my cane this Christmas to help me walk and to adjust to the handicaps like polio that poisoned my leg with crippling effect in the future ahead. I was so fortunate for this walking tool to help me balance and to be able to exercise and connect with with my family and friends in the spirit of joy, happiness and serenity. Being able to use my breathing skills was a big plus. .

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
