Face to face with perhaps a party monster, try to sit quietly with a demon who holds opposite opinions as yours. Try not to discredit or invalidate the monster or his position. Use your deepest breathing to cut the string. Exit any side tracks that could anniliate him and cause you a seizure or to react to him by wanting sock it to him in the head ,instead think of opposite views and self love.
