No treats at my house tonight for Halloween, Someone slept in my bed and ate up all the, sardines, granola-like, furry little fuzz ball chococholatelaty gift wraps and smeared their face with their paws and two claws which made me sick to my stomach and I had to puke in a silver container of white bubbly chlorox.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.
