After My Brazilian Mom Maria took her 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline life, I began developing Coping sills to deal with grief and pain, I visited her Sister, my Aunt Deana in my Brazilian t shirt and meditated by her little red house out back by the shed and had a few quiet moments to myself filled with love, joy, appreciation and peace. Deus Bless Mae!

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
