International Equal Pay Day

At Salem Oregon Capitol receiving my Equal Pay 1971 Award, Celebrating today, July 2nd, 2025, Women;s Rights and the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Let Freedom and Justice ring. Happy International Equal Pay Day. I never thought I had the courage, strength, perseverance and power to fight for my equal pay case in 1971. I answered questions that I was fighting for my rights when after contacting a labor commissioner to file my equal pay complaint against my employer.. I took my alone trek go to the Capitol in Salem, Oregon, to talk with the Attorney General and to discuss with the Attorney General Associate. I received an equal pay statement award that the Attorney General responded with saying that there will no longer be discrimination of pay in the work force and a reimbursement settlement from my employer. May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
