One year for the Multnomah County Fair I painted a picture of my good and close friend, Alice Savage‘s Dog Sampson. He was such a beautiful dog and I was thrilled to do it. He brought home a silver ribbon. Yay! Author and Artist Sherry M Joiner

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
