I give no permission to disturb them or the healthy cycle I was given, to complete my cycle for longevity and slumber of growing from my good. dreams. If you come into my room there is no need to put me to sleep when you see me nod or blink with eye., Good, Bad, Miserly, Revengeful, vindictive, abusive. I am still awake and alert to discourse around me. My Grandmother clock chimes near my heart and alerts me when danger is present .and I am connected to instruments of my life Stay away Predator.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.
