MY 2004 VACATION to BRAZIL

2004 Sailing away, I am on a ferry from Joao Pessoa Brazil to the Ilha de Areia Vermelha, Brazil with my cousins.. The turquois green water is so shallow there that you can see brilliant rocks and shells making kaleidoscopes with the sun as you begin to snorkel with or without goggles or sun glasses on. This was one of my favorite beautiful healing adventures.

May 22/2022, Volunteer and participated in NAMI NW Walks Clackamas NAMI, Peninsula Park Portland Oregon. Walk for Awareness, to educate and advocate for anyone with mental health issues and to insure encouragement, hope and right the wrong of stigma. Every mental health matters.

. 7/15/2021 Donated two paintings and several Sherry Goes Sane and Last Miracle Maria books for raffle at Drop in Vaccine Center, Providence Willamette Falls Education Center for support of mental health issues, addiction, loved one, vaccine receivers and for the development of vaccines through NAMI Clackamas
