Sometimes being a step mother can be loving, fulfilling , yet hard and difficult. You cry for their triumphs and defeats. You feel empathy for all their struggles in life, You explain the stresses of their genetic pooling in years gone by, You find knowledge to help them cope with their parent’s divorce. You love them unconditionally even though your sanity is tested and put on the block for what they may have done. You realize there is nothing you could do or could not have done. Yet “it is not easy to get to a place where life forgives you and the mistakes you thought you have made, but it is most powerful to get to a place where it frees you,” Quote by, Tyler Perry. I had one of the most wonderful Mother’s Day experiences this year. I am sending my wishes from Natal, Brazil, my late mother, Maria’s birth place, for peace, healing, safety, security, love. happiness, and success to everyone. Feliz Belissima Mae Dia, Thank you, Sherry
