    Three of my paintings will be on display at the Oregon Society of Artists, 2185 SW Park Place, Portland, Oregon,  August 4th- August 29th from 1 pm-4 pm. Renoir

      Enjoyed the cast of the movie Renoir the other day. I witnessed the tapestry of color  and light coming to focus as Renoir painted beauty from his models. Since I had been studying Renoir’s techniques of impressionism, I was touched by his fine brush stokes and drive to paint under such adversity.

An Event Remembered

We walked through the Rhododendron Garden together viewing the luscious blooms and watched the baby geese feed themselves seeds from the green grass. Art work Success

Last month my “Meditation” painting sold at a Live auction. Two other paintings sold in a silent auction. They were “Enjoying my Serenity” and “Hope for a Better Day.” This month my painting of “Keeping a journal” will be hung at the Laurelhurst Café.
